About me

Fitness is my passion. On good days I look forward to working out, and on bad days I look forward to working out. I’ve been a Certified Personal Trainer for 8 years and fiercely enjoy helping my clients achieve their goals. I am also a published Fitness Model and have competed in five NPC Men’s Physique competitions.
